Daughter of Gilles Courchesne, Vanessa has been working in the family business since 2014. From day one, she has been committed to growing the company by improving it both visually, through the redesign of the logo and brand image, and organizationally. Her goal is to ensure the company’s performance while continuously adapting to the challenges and demands of entrepreneurship. She coordinates various plumbing projects in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Vanessa is now a member of the Board of Directors (CA) of the CMMTQ and contributes notably to decision-making and the enforcement of the Law for the coorporation Master Pipe Mechanics of Quebec. Conscientious, responsible, and organized, she ensures the smooth execution of projects, client satisfaction, and service quality.
